He is survived by: his parent Frances Benton Van Horn; his spouse Joan Moyer; his children, Kelly Van Horn (Barry Deardorff) of Bear, DE, Denise Bird (Steve) of Harrisburg and Douglas Van Horn (Leah) of Elkton, MD; his siblings, Marion Micklick of Eldersburg, MD, Carol Parziale of Weedville, Vern Van Horn (Dot) of Dubois, Les Van Horn (Donna) of Inverness, FL and Michael Van Horn (Ellen) of St. Marys; and his grandchildren, Brian Bird, Michelle Bird, Rachel, Garret, Jack and Cole Van Horn.
