It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donna Jane Benner (Boalsburg, Pennsylvania), born in Lewistown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 31, 2018, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Herschel Rittenhouse and Marian McKinley Bardell. She is survived by: her spouse Edward Benner; her children, Timothy Edward Benner (Marcy Jo) of Watsontown and Matthew Russell Benner (Nicole) of Mount Wolf; her granddaughter Madison Jean Benner of Mount Wolf; her sister Mary Ann Naylor of Lewistown; her stepsisters, Susan Baumgardner of McClure and Sheila Keister of Lewistown; her stepmother Penny Rittenhouse; and also, Patrick, Kyra, Mia, Izzy and Natalie.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to Mount Nittany United Methodist Church, 1500 E. Branch Rd., State College, PA 16801, in memory of Donna Jane Benner.
