She was predeceased by: her mother Helen Jackson Smith. She is survived by: her father Charles Smith; her husband John W. Tennis; her children, Christina Lynn Campbell (TJ) of Dallastown and James A. Bartley (Misty) of Boalsburg; her siblings, Margaret "Margie" Waltz (Richard) of State College, Sharon Daughterty of State College and Charles Smith (Sue Templeton) of Pennsylvania Furnace; her grandchildren, Dominic Thompson, Ty Campbell and Kayle Carlson; and her great grandchild Jarred Kohler. She is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles and cousins.
