It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara D. Sommers (Boalsburg, Pennsylvania), born in Dothan, Alabama, who passed away on November 7, 2019, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred, Sr. Dykes and Edna Dykes (James); her husband Edgar W. Sommers, Jr.; and her siblings, Fred Dykes, Jr. and Neva White.
She is survived by: her daughter Sheri Martin (Denny); her grandson Ross (Allison); her great grandchild Maya; her daughter Renee Sommers-Williams (Robert Williams); her grandchildren, Kara Vozniak (Matt) and Biggans (Janice); her great grandchildren, Melissa Warner and Candy Whititaker; her son Scott Sommers (Laura) of Boalsburg; her brother Wayne Dykes, Sr. (Sue); and also, Avery, Anderson, Brett Martin (Angela), Jake, Nate, Cody, Mackenzie, Gavin Vozniak, Frank Gennaccaro (John Rohen), Carly Dreibelbis (Seth Foresman) and Casey Geist (Andrew).
