Gillard of Blue Ridge Summit, Pennsylvania, born in Scranton, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 2, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William A. Gillard and Katherine E. Gillard (McCann); his former wife Juliana Pekic Gillard (Pinky); and his brothers, William A. Gillard, Jr. of Waynesboro and Peter C. Gillard of Scranton, PA..
He is survived by: his wife Pamela Sterling Gillard; and his daughters, Robin A. Gillard Shew of Salisbury, MD and Julie Gillard Butler of Laurel, DE. He is also survived by three grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
