She was predeceased by: her parents, William Carl "Bill" and Margaret Louise "Peggy" McCleaf (Smith); and her brother Bradley C. McCleaf. She is survived by: her daughters, Kati R. Overcash (Kirk) of Waynesboro and Amanda B. Stull (Corey); her granddaughter Brynlee M. Stull; and her former husband Brian E. Rowe of Cascade, MD.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Grove-Bowersox Funeral Home, Inc. (50 S Broad St, Waynesboro, PA 17268). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
