She is survived by: her sons, James Earl Smith, Sr. of Waynesboro, Dennis Allen Smith and Gary Wayne Smith (Terri) of Greencastle, PA; and her siblings, Phyllis Hahn of Sabillasville, MD, Shirley Wolfe of Smithsburg, MD, Kenny Hurley of Boonsboro, MD and Jack Hurley of Waynesboro. She is also survived by five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
