He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry M. Cox and Marjorie Cox (Huyck). He is survived by: his stepdaughter Tracey Rice of Smithsburg, MD; and his siblings, William "Bill" H. Cox, Fairfield and Lillian "Betty" Harris of Hagerstown, MD. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
