He is survived by: his wife Cheryl A. Callahan (Decker); his stepson Ian Smithwick of Cascade, MD; his grandchildren, Trystin, Issac and Trinity; and his siblings, Jane, Glen and Wayne. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
