He was predeceased by: his parents, Cornelia Sullivan and George L Sullivan; and his sister Sharon T Sullivan (Linda Jacobson). He is survived by: his siblings, Penelope Woolley, Christopher and Michael; and his nieces and nephews, Catie, Kevin Woolley, Brittany Sullivan, Rachel and Adam Sullivan.
