He was predeceased by: his wife Joanne Palmer (Dougherty); and his parents, Joseph T. Palmer and Rose G. Palmer (Patrone). He is survived by: his daughters, Ashley Matozzo (Jeremy) and Stephanie Bongartz (Joe); his granddaughters, Julianna and Alaina; and his brother Thomas Palmer.
