In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Johanna had on those she encountered along her journey. Though Johanna may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
She is survived by: her parents, Terry R. Yemm and Danielle Yemm (McCarty) of Worcester, PA; her husband Daniel Conicello of Blue Bell, PA; and her sisters, Jessica Yemm of Ambler, PA and Kelly Kelly (Jim) of Ambler, PA. She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:45 AM at the Upper Dublin Lutheran Church (411 Susquehanna Rd, Ambler, PA 19002). A memorial service was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Whitemarsh Memorial Park (1169 Limekiln Pike, Ambler, PA 19002).
