She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Z. Schreck, Jr. and Jeanne Lousie Schreck (Brobst). She is survived by: her husband Leonard Paul Flack, Jr.; her daughter Melissa Ann Martinelli (Paul); her granddaughter Haley Frangioso; her siblings, Donald M. Schreck (Minnie) and Mary A. Pratt (Hal); and her sister-in-law Barbara Flack. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
