He was predeceased by: his parents, James C. and Margaret Garvey, Sr. (White); his former wife Anne Dale Garvey (Cybart); his wife Joan F. McLaughlin Bonshoff; and his siblings, Peggy Sadler, Dolly Harmer and Bob Garvey.
He is survived by: his children, Camilla Brooke (Dan), Susan Garvey, James C. Garvey, III (Janine), April Muir (Brian), Peter Garvey and Teresa Reesman (Steve); and his sister Gloria Quann Wood. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, 3 great-great-grandchildren.
Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, a Graveside Service will be held privately at Calvary Cemetery.
