He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward, Sr. and Margaret Hoover. He is survived by: his wife Gwendolyn; his children, Richard (Susan) of Ambler, PA and Kathleen (Tom Kobus) of Wellington, FL; and his siblings, Barbara E. Riddle of Venice, FL and Robert of Boyertown, PA. He is also survived by five grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
