She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Cieslik and Celina Cieslik (Skoklowski); and her brothers, Henry Cieslik, John Cieslik and George Cieslik.
She is survived by: her husband Zbigniew "Zeke" Serafin of Blue Bell; her children, Yvonne Comey (Jack) of Perry Hall and Gregory Serafin (Tracey) of Drexel Hill; and her grandchildren, Shayla, Jack, Cole, Reed, Grady and Vance.
