He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles F., Sr. and Dorothy Stonier; his brother Philip K. Stonier; and his grandson Joseph Tyler "Joey" White. He is survived by: his significant other Eileen Dever Stonier; his children, Celeste Hallahan, Julia DiCarlo (Amedeo), Eileen Burns (Steven), Charles F. Stonier, III and Dorothann White (Joe); his grandchildren, Charles Hallahan (Lisa), Brittany Silver (John), Kelcey Silver, Michael DiCarlo, Mario DiCarlo, Christopher Hallahan, Creighton Hallahan, Jacob White and Abigail White; his great grandchildren, Charlie, Aria and Ryan Hallahan; his stepchildren, Donna Dever, Stephen Dever, Kim Dougherty (Matt), Tricia Dever, Brad Dever (Coleen) and Ed Dever (Colleen); and his stepgrandchildren, Taylor, Bradley, Sarah, Sonia, Brendan, Sean, Blake, Brent, Jackie, Mark, Ryan, Danny, Chase, Mikayla, Julia and Christina. He is also survived by his brother, cousins, and friends.
