It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlotte Samuels (Blue Ball, Pennsylvania), born in East Earl, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 26, 2019, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Boley and Kathryn Boley (Sandoe); her son Terry Samuels; her grandson Rusty Samuels; her great grandchild Tyler Myers; and her siblings, Morris Boley, Elsie Boley, Grace Buchanan, Janet Englerth, Wilson Boley, Fred Boley and Alton Boley.
She is survived by: her husband Ralph Samuels; her children, Donna Steffy (Tom) of East Earl, Russell Samuels (Maggie) of New Holland and Rochelle Keller (Jon) of East Earl; and her daughter-in-law Bonnie Samuels of Denver. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 27 great grandchildren; 3 great-great grandchildren; two sisters.
