He is survived by: his mother Blanche Matczak (Hoffman); his wife Sara Matczak (Garges); his sons, Thomas Matczak (Sapphire) of Blossburg, PA, Jonathan Matczak (Kristen) of Mainesburg, PA, Alex Garges (Aleah) of Wellsboro, PA and Benjamin Garges of Blossburg, PA; his grandchildren, Kaelan, Gianna, Brooklyn, Harper, Brynlee, Ayden, Emma, Bryson and Lilliana; and his siblings, Steve Matczak (Kathy), Mark Matczak (Tina) and Lynne Shisler (Konrad) of Tylersport, PA..
