She was predeceased by: her parents, John Allen and Carol Allen; and her brother Greg Neill. She is survived by: her children, Brooke Allen and Luke Cummings of Blossburg; her sisters, Terriann Whismer of West Virginia, Jessie Harris Allen (Ian) of Wellsboro, Cassie Harris (Shane) of New York and Dana Neill of Mansfield; and also, Debby Register (Charles Mackenzie), Michelle Hernandez (Jack), Teresa Solla (Jose), Lee Fox (Candy), Eric Odom and Edward Register.
