He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Sr. Bowens and Kathryn Bowens (Heckler); his sister-in-law Dorothy Lutomski of Blossburg; his grandson Robert Bowens III; and his brother-in-law Donald LeVan.
He is survived by: his son Robb Bowens (Amy) of Blossburg; his grandchildren, Hannah and Spencer Bowens; his sister Edna J. LeVan of Osceola, PA; and his wife Ann Marie Lutomski.
