He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank S. Mahosky and Mary Agnes Mahosky (Norczyk); and his siblings, Joseph, Martin, Theresa and Mary Ann.
He is survived by: his wife Rose Marie Boinske; his children, Leonard Mahosky (Katherine) of Flagstaff, AZ, Cheryl Kepp (Tim) of Wellsboro, PA, Mary Hilfiger (Thomas) of Hornell, NY, David Mahosky (Kelly) of Chittenango, NY and John Mahosky (Sandy) of Currie, NC; his grandchildren, Matthew Mahosky, Sean Mahosky, Adam Williams, Patrick Williams, Eric Hilfiger, Evan Hilfiger, Shane Mahosky, Mitchell Mahosky and Rachel Mahosky; his great grandchildren, Silas, Paisley and Mason Mahosky; his sister Margaret Morgan; his siblings-in-law, Dale Morgan, Martha Aston, Madge Mahosky and Janice Linquist; his son Lenny; his daughter-in-law Sandy; and his daughter Cheri. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
