He is survived by: his mother Faye Hilfiger (Wise) of Mansfield, PA; his children, Kenny Parthemer, Jr. of Morris Run, PA, James Robert Parthemer of Morris Run, PA, Jonathan Parthemer of Blossburg, PA, Meghan Harer of Covington, PA and Rachel Parthemer of Brooklyn, NY; and his siblings, Rodrick Parthemer, Jr. (Susan) of Wellsboro, PA, Keith Parthemer (Donna) of Hunt, NY, Randy Parthemer of Cochranton, PA, Debbie Johnston (Dave) of Mansfield, PA and Donna West of McClure, PA.. He is also survived by ten grandchildren.
