He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Levandoski and Elizabeth Levandoski (Shaffer). He is survived by: his siblings, Jo Ann Shinn of Liberty and Michael (Sharon) of Wellsboro; his niece Romy Piccolella (Frank) of Liberty; and his close friends, Claude and Marlene Christman of Blossburg. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
