She is survived by: her parents, Paul W. and Ruth J. Bixby (Lowry); her spouse Robert W. Wiegand; her children, Cindy Graves of Hemet, CA and Scott Weigand of Hemet; her siblings, Mark P. Bixby (Angela) of Wellsboro, PA and Mary B. Kisner (Bert) of Boalsburg, PA; and also John Anderson. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
