It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Glenda Bogaczyk of Blossburg, Pennsylvania, born in Scranton, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 17, 2020, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Bell and Emiline Bell (Peters); her husband James J. Bogaczyk; her son Dennis Bogaczyk (Dutch); and her brothers, Manford and Carvel Bell.
She is survived by: her children, Carol Young (Steve) of Emmaus, PA, Debra (Jeff), Everett, Philip Bogaczyk (Diane) and James Bogaczyk II (Kris); her daughter-in-law Debbie Bogaczyk of Williamsport, PA; her grandchildren, Clifford, Tekla, Audrey, Victoria, Jeffrey, Lindsay, Tyler, Ryan, Gwenyth, Karley, Josh, Mitch, Lyndsey, Kevin and Meghan; and her great grandchildren, Isabell, Edward, Steven, Gavin, Teagan, Cameryn, Kacey, Atticus, Thatcher, Avery and Ezra.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, a private funeral service was held at Freeberg Home in Blossburg.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the James & Glenda Bogaczyk Memorial Scholarship Fund and sent to Southern Tioga School District, c/o Memorial Fund, 310 Morris Street, Blossburg, PA 16912.
