He was predeceased by: his parents, George O. Dake and Regina Dake (Bogaczyk). He is survived by: his wife Carol Anne McAllister; his sons, Brandon Dake (Christina Donald) of Blossburg, PA and Corey Dake (Megan Bryan) of Blossburg; his stepsons, Christopher Bailey (Jaime) of Westfield, PA, Dennis Bailey (Kelli) of Covington, PA and Scott Bailey (Taresa Weatherby) of Blossburg, PA; and his brother Patrick Dake of Arnot, PA.. He is also survived by twenty six grandchildren; two great grandchildren.
