He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank C. Tacka Sr. and Martha Tacka (Bubacz); and his sister Mary Jane Watkins. He is survived by: his wife Yolanda (Frederick); his sons, Christopher Tacka (Robin) of Millerton and Kirk Tacka (Karen) of Sewell, NJ; his grandchildren, Abbie, Izzy and Nicky; his niece Lori Watkins of Ogdensburg, PA; his cousin Judy Creeley of Williamsport, PA; and his nephew Larry Watkins.
