He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Robert and Donna Cummings (Worthington); his sister Valerie Stanley; his nieces, Asunta McCathern and Jennifer Stabile; his nephew John Stabile; and his brother-in-law John McCaskey.
He is survived by: his daughter Tiffany Cummings of Wellsboro, PA; his sisters, Joyce Starr (Donald) of Lyndonville, NY and Carole McCaskey of Deland, FL; and his nieces and nephews, Carole Thorndyke, Theresa Walker, Amanda Stanley, Heather Fiedler, James Starr, Randy Stanley and Chris Stanley.
