She was predeceased by: her parents, James Bogaczyk and Glenda Bogaczyk; and her brother Dennis 'Dutch Bogaczyk. She is survived by: her husband Jeff Everett; her children, Jeffrey Everett and Lindsay Kutz (Brandon); her granddaughters, Cameryn and Kacey Kutz; her siblings, Carol Young (Steve), Phil Bogaczyk (Diane) and James Bogaczyk II (Kris); and her sister-in-law Debbie Bogaczyk.
