She is survived by: her husband Charles Black Sr.; her children, Diane Williammee (Jeff) of Bath, NY, Don Black (Susan), Lucille Lyons (Tom) and Charles Black Jr.; and her sister Shirley Wells. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Due to Covid-19 a combined memorial service for Constance and her husband, Charles Black Sr. will be announced at a later date.
