He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Constance; and his children, Diane Williammee (Jeff) of Bath, NY, Don Black (Susan), Lucille Lyons (Tom) and Charles Black Jr.. He was also cherished by three sisters, seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
