She was predeceased by: her parent Archie T. Troxell; her husband James R. Kramer; and her siblings, Fred Troxell and Frances Reeder. She is survived by: her parent Catherine Troxell (Arnold); her son Scott D. Kramer of Bloomsburg; and her siblings, James D. Troxell (Sadie), Gloria Zelewicz of Montoursville, Donna Carroll (Seattle) and Dean Troxell (Anchorage). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
