We are sad to announce that on June 25, 2021, Wyatt Sam Evans of Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel James and Amanda Eileen Evans (Gontz) of Bloomsburg; and his grandfather Donald W. Evans, Jr.. He is survived by: his brother Carter Charles Evans; his grandparents, Annette M. (Bernard Shoemaker) of Bloomsburg, David A. Gontz of Harrisburg and Janice E. Gontz (Daniel Shaffer) of Harrisburg; his great-grandparent Betty Evans of Bloomsburg; his uncle Jason A. Gontz (Katrina) of Middletown; and his cousin Micah A. Gontz.
