He was predeceased by: his parent Lawrence E.; and his brother Charles Worthington. He is survived by: his parent Ann Worthington (Venezia); his wife Gail L. Buckingham; his children, Christopher F. Worthington and Dana M.; his spouse Jon Meyers of Souderton; his grandchildren, Mason Worthington, Madison Worthington, Emily Meyers, Julie Meyers and Natalie Meyers; his sister Tin Coryell; and also Jody L. Worthington.
