She was predeceased by: her parents, Max E. O'Blosser and Geneva I. O'Blosser (Karchner); her husband Donald L. Cozad; and her siblings, Sandy Tincher, Linda Platt, Shirley O'Blosser, Larry O'Blosser and Max O'Blosser.
She is survived by: her children, Walt Persing (Janet) and Dawn Persing (Chris Ericson) of Meza, AZ; her grandchildren, Kara Hornberger, Christopher Erickson and Amanda Persing; and her siblings, Charles O'Blosser, Brian O'Blosser (Lydia Weitzel) and Dee Elkins (Richard). She is also survived by 8 great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
