It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Therese Ann Zajac of Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania, born in Berwick, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 31, 2021, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph J. Zajac and Marilyn Zajac (Menefee); her brother Joseph J. Zajac, Jr.; her nephew William J. Zajac; and her close friend Anthony Scarpino.
She is survived by: her siblings, Michael E. Zajac of Nescopeck, James E. Zajac (Mary Jo) of Keller, TX, David P. Zajac (Marie) of Wayne, PA, Kathleen Baker (Frank) of Bloomsburg, Mary D. Bartko of Nescopeck and Anita L. Lombardo of Nescopeck. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
