She was predeceased by: her parents, David Bowers and Mary Catherine Seiler Bowers; her husband Leon Fulginiti; and her sisters, Elizabeth Updegrove and Mary Johnston.

She is survived by: her daughter Rebecca Breech-Sherman; and her siblings, David Bowers (Janet) and Melinda Williard. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
