Lanzafame (Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania), born in New York, New York, who passed away on June 19, 2019, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Helen A. Gerrity; his children, Tracy Lanzafame of Bloomsburg and Anthony M. Lanzafame (Doreen) of East Northport; and his grandchildren, Addison Lanzafame and Haley Lutz.
