She was predeceased by: her parents, Phillip Smith and Emma Smith (Featherman); her husband Ray Hartman; and her siblings, Phillip, Roy, Howard, Walter, John, Edith and Mary.
She is survived by: her son Phillip D. Hartman (Ruth-Ellen); her grandson Scott W. Hartman (Carrie); her great grandchild Ryan; and her sister Leona White.
