He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Folk and Josephine Folk (Horrax); and his siblings, Evelyn Lamon, Helen Force, Roland "Sam" Folk, Eugene Folk and Richard Folk.

He is survived by: his granddaughter Charyl; his wife Shirley A. Folk; his son Robert H. Folk, Jr. (Cassandra) of Newport, PA; his grandchildren, Charyl E. (Eric Bibeault) of North Smithfield, RI and Zachary Hoffman of Pullman, WA; his siblings, Edward Folk (Margaret) of Bloomsburg and Martha (Henry Knorowski) of Berwick; and his sister-in-law Donna Folk of Berwick.
