He was predeceased by: his parents, George Babb and Pauline Babb. He is survived by: his wife Donna Jean McKlveen; his children, Robert G. Babb, Jr. (Sharlynn) of Berwick, Mikki F. (Adam Jolley) of Sundance, WY, Malynda J. Babb of Bloomsburg and Mary J. Babb of Bloomsburg; and his brother Thomas Babb (Harriet) of Lake Isabella, CA.. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren.
