He is survived by: his children, Terry Dollman (Tammy Derr) and Barbara Dollman; his grandchildren, Teri Kulp, Scott Chappell and Benton; his great grandchildren, Kinzlee Chappell, Zachary Stout, Conner and Lillian Kulp; and his friend Mae Shultz.
