He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Millard, Sr. and Helen Kline (Benshoff); his wife Anita Louise Kline; and his siblings, Shirley Miller and Stanley M. Kline, Jr..
He is survived by: his sister Bonnie Pursel (Arthur) of Camp Hill; his nieces, Kelly Novak (Emil) of Nescopeck, Kathy Klingerman (Brian) of Bloomsburg and Jennifer Rudrow (Robert) of Enola; his nephew Matthew Miller (Linda); and his siblings-in-law, Marge Schlusser (John) of Carlisle, Joan Evans (Ronald) of Pendleton, IN and Dr. Raymond Campbell (Kim) of Haverton, PA. He is also survived by numerous great-nieces, great-nephews and cousins.
