He is survived by: his parent Alma Hartranft (Zehner); his children, Randall Welsh (Melinda) of Virgina, Tracy Hartranft, Benjamin Hartranft (DeeDee) of Scotch Valley and Beth Hartranft; his grandchildren, Colton Welsh, Caitlin Welsh, Brittany Peltz, Rhiannon Peltz and Elijah Peltz; and his siblings, Thomas Hartranft of Nuremburg and Fay Ann Wolfe (Sonny) of Lebanon. He is also survived by several aunts; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
