He was predeceased by: his parents, Roland Michael and Ivy Michael (Kauffman); and his brother John C. "Jack" Michael. He is survived by: his wife Elvena L. Artman; his daughter Diane M. (Steve Koser) of Bloomsburg; his sister Bonnie (David Cotner) of Bloomsburg; and his sister-in-law Jeannine Michael. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
