She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilhelmine "Wilma" Fust (Graf) and Valentin; her husband Roy K. Phelps; and her daughter Anna Scalcione. She is survived by: her grandson Gerard Scalcione of Tehachapi, CA; her great grandchildren, Gerard (Anthony), Patrick and Theodore Scalcione; her daughter Emeline; and her grandson Noah.
