Pastusak; his daughters, Andrea Andrews of Bloomsburg and Madelyn Andrews of Luzerne; his sister Judith Andrews of Marthas Vineyard, Mass.; his mother-in-law Lorraine Pastusak of Fruitland, Maryland; his brother-in-law Larry Pastusak (Carol) of Fruitland, Maryland; his nieces, Jessica Pastusak (Kenny Sifford) and Sara Pastusak (Francis "Bean" Lincoln); and his nephew Stephan Pastusak (Jamie). He is also survived by several great nieces, great nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, friends may contribute in his memory to the Columbia/Montour.
