He was predeceased by: his parents, Bruce Parr and Geneva Parr (Fisher); and his brother Robert Parr. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Parr; his children, Ryan Parr (Alise) of Mifflinville and Naomi (Paul D'Angelo) of Bloomsburg; his grandson Vander Owen Parr; and his siblings, Faye Smick of Ringtown and Fred Parr of Bloomsburg. He is also survived by several step-grandchildren and step-great grandchildren.
