He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Richard "Rick" A. Colbert (Cathy), Deborah "Debi" C. Thomas (Jeff), A. Tab Colbert (Beth) and Sharon C. Whetham (Kevin); and his wife Patsy. He was also cherished by his family and watching his children and grandchildren.
